Policies and Terms


  2. Clients may reschedule or cancel an appointment with a minimum of 48hrs notice. Rescheduling or cancellations within 48hrs of the appointment time, and/or no shows will be subject to a fee of 50% of the services booked. 


  4. Failure to confirm your appointment may result in rescheduling. 


  6. You choose when you pay! Payment is accepted at the time of booking or after your service. Pre-paying allows you to simply relax and float out the door — No need to disrupt your calm with payment afterward! 


  8. During the scalp analysis portion of a head spa treatment, if lice or nits are detected, the service will need to be stopped immediately. For the safety and hygiene of all clients, the appointment will not proceed, and the treatment room will undergo a full sanitation process. 


  10. We do not service anyone under the age of 14. 


  12. Anyone under the age of 16 must be accompanied by and have the permission of a legal guardian. 


  14. Head spa services cannot be completed on hair extensions due to risk of damage. Please ensure your extensions are removed prior to service. Thank you!
